We accepted Volvo’s commission to help them design the dangerous goods packaging -EV batteries packaging, Considering the characteristics of Volvo car batteries, we decided to adopt an injection-molded plastic boxes to fix the EV battries, and then use plastic pallet boxes as outside packaging, the middle part use plastic sleeves to keep out dust.
After 2 years use, the customer reported that the entire packaging box runs smoothly, which helps them transport the battery safely, and saves a lot of emptying space and emptying cost.
